Having trained and worked as an actor myself, I am passionate about supporting the creative process of performers. Alongside my weekly public classes; I offer bespoke 121 and small group yoga training for actors and performers to support them with the rigors of the theatre, film, and TV industry. I understand what an intensely demanding process it can be at every stage of your career, and aim to support and nurture your individual creative process.
