Children reap significant benefits from yoga, just like adults. In today's hectic world, providing a secure, calming space is crucial for our little ones to help to nurture a healthy mind, body, and soul. My children's yoga classes offer precisely that—a blend of play, exploration, emotional regulation skills and exploring mind-body connection in a fun and inclusive way.

The program for my children’s yoga classes includes:

  • Mindfulness Games

  • Arts and Crafts

  • Stories

  • Relaxation and Guided Meditations

During these sessions, we embark on imaginative journeys, exploring various yoga poses, breathing techniques, mindfulness games, relaxation methods, and guided meditations. These elements are seamlessly woven into exciting adventures, whether it's traveling around the world, visiting the seaside, exploring the Arctic, wandering through the rainforest, or experiencing the zoo. The possibilities are limitless!

What sets these classes apart is their foundation in imagination, ensuring inclusivity for all children. Occasionally, I seek theme ideas from the children themselves, fostering excitement about discovering how each theme unfolds in subsequent classes.

The classes not only focus on positive themes like courage and resilience through guided meditations and stories but also emphasize building self-regulation, body awareness, strength, balance, flexibility, and motor skills in an inclusive environment.

The classes are run by myself (Hannah) a fully qualified, insured, and DBS-checked Children's Yoga Teacher certified by YogaBeez, with extensive experience working with primary school-aged children.
